In the last few years we had several greenfield site investments, mostly in the area of the capital city. For the moment we are offering offices, storerooms and workshops to let in 3 locations of Budapest. These premises are all in industrial buildings which were earlier renovated and modernized by our company.
During the renovations and operation we also aim at creating an efficient and humane work environment for our tenants by making a friendly atmosphere and fluent administration.

- the exploration, realization and leaseback of properties suitable to unique demands;
- the buying or selling of estates, and renting office/storage space
